  Worth the drive to Redmond! Customer service here was wonderful and the price was a welcome surprise, much lower than in Bend. We had an idea of what we wanted, no clue of what we needed. Marianne went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the purchase and setup. Thank you!

  What fantastic service!! 16 years ago we purchased a wood stove from Redmond Spa and Stove. The stove has been great but we cracked the glass in the door and needed to replace it. The wood stove company had gone out of business. We were at a loss but Redmond Spa and Stove managed to have on hand just the glass that we needed. It was amazing. They were also helpful in how to install the new glass. Many thanks!!
