  I had a terrible experience here. I deliver funiture here. The recieving manager Alex Lake has been rude and disrespectful and has tried to bully me on more than one occasion. Once when he needed me to take a return and my dispatch said no. He seems to get agitated then becomes threatening in his actions. Darting quickly at me thumping his finger on my clip board while I am on the phone and making derogatory and inflamitory remarks. Last week a chair he was waiting for was not on the truck. He was livid and taking it out on me. I don't load the truck or have anything to do with the paperwork. He was once again rude and disrespectful accusing my company of several different scenerio's in which my company supposedly had come up with some cockamamie scheme to deprive him of the chair. Mr. Lake has a history now of bullying and verbally abusing me and trying to get me to do what he wants by intimitading body language. This is how Mr. Lake treats a senior citizen and a retired Navy Veteran. I fear that with many places that the attitude and behavior Mr. Lake displays toward me is a bigger problem throughout the Wilson business. Since he has a position of responsiblilty he must think he has some back up if he is verbally abusing the vendors and trying to be physically intimidating. I was calm with Mr. Lake and offered to get our Office Manager on the phone. He said ya I'm waiting. Then he talked with her and was real nice to her and when he was done on the phone he told me he was nice to her because she sounds f@#king hot. How rediculous can a guy get? Mr. Lake if you need me to solve a problem for you all you have to do is say Rob we have a problem here and I need your help in solving it. I would be happy to do so without all the bullying and and intimidating body movements. Mr. Lake when I come there again if you make me feel threatened or uncomfortable I will call the police on you and you can explain that one to your management.
